Calyo supplies Evaluation, Starter, and Development boards, kits, or modules—along with any related demonstration software, components, and/or documentation, whether provided together or separately (collectively referred to as an “EVM” or “EVMs”)—in accordance with the terms specified at https://calyo.com/warranty/. Any software or software tools included with the EVM (“Software”) are governed by the applicable terms accompanying that Software.
